EMBRACE YOGA HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES DURING COVID-19

During our “soft opening” we will have limited capacity and physical distancing. We will start at minimum capacity with 6’ distancing between all yoga mats in all directions. We will have markers on the floor to make it easier on students to place their mats accordingly. Upon entering and exiting the studio we require students to practice physical distancing which is 6’ apart.

Due to our current state and county guidelines facial coverings are required at all times while in the studio. We realize that this may be a hinderance, but would like our community to stay healthy and safe. We have found that the disposable masks are easier to breathe in during physical activity.

We have air purifiers that will be running at all times. Ceiling fans for circulation. The back door and back window will be open for ventilation and skylights open during classes (with the exception of rainy days).

We will always have at least 30 minutes between classes to allow for cleaning. We will clean and disinfect all high touch surfaces in the studio, including the yoga studio floor, between every class.

You will need to bring your own props. We request that you bring a mat, blanket, blocks and a strap to all classes. We will not supply any props at this time. We will have mats, foam blocks & straps available for purchase at the studio. All personal belongings must be taken home with you daily. Any items left behind will be donated. Please make sure to double check as to leave nothing behind.

Advance registration for indoor classes is mandatory, no drop ins will be allowed for the time being. Since we have limited capacity it is imperative that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to class time. If you paid a drop in fee it will not be refunded. Class cardholders will be charged 1 class and members will be charged a $20 no show fee. Due to advance registration we will check in students by name. No need to sign in at the front desk.

We want to thank you in advance for following these guidelines. Our main priority is the health and wellness of our community. We graciously ask for patience during this transitional period. We look forward to increasing our capacity as the county allows us and as more people are vaccinated. Please be understanding with our staff and teachers at this time as we are all doing our best to work within these guidelines.
