Hatha Yoga Level 1 - 2
All Level Hatha Flow Yoga - Mirabai's Hatha Flow classes are spiritually uplifting, wholistic, and healing experiences focused on alignment, safety, breath, and listening to inner guidance. Classes include centering exercises, classic postures with longer holds (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), a deep restorative sivasana. She offers Kirtan and chanting events in the Bay Area and implements gentle music into the end of her classes.
Yin Yoga - Claudia believes yoga should be non-competitive, rooted in mindfulness, and inclusive of all bodies, ages, and abilities. She weaves three simple principles into her work as a yoga instructor: engage the senses, check in with your body, and build strength through self care.
Align & Flow - Jennifer's focus is community, health and wellness. She continues to share the joys and benefits of yoga and meditation practice with as many people as possible.

She has a strong knowledge of human anatomy with her registered nursing background. She is committed to the continual study of yoga and sharing her knowledge with her students.
Pilates Instructor - Janet’s classes are fun and upbeat with the opportunity for students to challenge themselves as they develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Her creative sequencing is grounded in the principles of alignment and breath awareness, offering a dynamic and centering practice.
Iyengar Yoga Instructor - Explore the vast subject of Yoga, the practice of asana and pranayama as well as philosophy, Karen can get you started and keep you interested. Her classes are inspiring as well as challenging.
Alignment Based Vinyasa Instructor and Yin/Restorative teacher- Erika's classes uses breath and alignment to bring you somewhere new each time. Through mind-body connection, she encourages you to find a little extra self-love. Her Yin/Restorative classes lead you into the deep muscle tissue stretching and leave you feeling restored and rejuvinated.
Hatha Yoga Instructor - Loren's classes incorporate intentional sequencing, themes, strength building, attention to alignment and freedom through focus. Come prepared to breathe, surrender and experience sensation.
Muriel's yoga classes are lighthearted, soulful and a powerful experience, integrating Self Awakening Yoga, Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. These practices combined leave you feeling relaxed, strengthened and nurtured by the intelligence of your own body merging through the exploration of yoga
Jacqueline teaches iyengar on our livestream platform on Wednesday evenings. Jacqueline is a Junior I Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and has been studying Yoga since the 1980s. Her main teacher is Manouso Manos. She goes for training every other year to RIMYI in Pune, India with the Iyengars.
Teacher of Hatha and Meditation. Oana is committed to a daily practice and has a strong desire to share with others the experiences of physical, mental and spiritual well-being that have come to light on my yoga mat. She has worked with transcendental meditation, pranayama and Reiki which she also brings into her teaching. She is also a certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and leads workshops at Embrace in Ayurvedic living.
Restorative Yoga Instructor - Her approach is infused with the wisdom she learned from studying in India as well as her bodywork and meditation practices. Simple yet profound presence in the body and mind are the cornerstones of Elizabeth’s yoga classes.
Adriana teaches our Kundalini yoga classes and leads our Sound Baths every 3rd Friday of the month. She believes we are all aspects of the divine, and when we embody this truth we heal ourselves and the world. Sound, breath, movement, and ceremony are timeless technologies for cultivating relationship with the sacred, and tuning ourselves to our purest essence.
Owner & Yoga Instructor teaching teen classes including Hatha, Vinyassa and yin/restorative yoga. She integrates music and harmony, and balance and flow. She feels that if you challenge yourself just beyond your limits, your dreams are within your reach, that much more attainable. She likes to share her learnings with teens and young adults as an alternative way to deal with the pressure of being a young person in this challenging society.
