Embrace Yoga is a contemporary movement studio offering traditional yoga instruction to those seeking balance of mind and body. We offer a range of in-person and livestream yoga classes accessible for people of all ages.

Fun fact! Our historic building was originally the first movie theater in Marin called the Lyric. The Rafael Theater, San Rafael’s independent movie theater, is now right next door to our studio. Fun date night idea: Take a yoga class at Embrace, grab a bite at Aroma Cafe, and head next door for a flick. Not a bad way to spend an evening!
